    Sound is vibration — and vibration is the language of the universe.

    In Sound Journeys, Youzar uses instruments such as crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, and voice to open energetic pathways and release stored tension. The frequencies guide the nervous system toward balance, inviting rest, expansion, and emotional release.

    Sound becomes ceremony — a bridge between matter and spirit, silence and song.
