Ahimsa
Do no harm — neither to others nor ourselves.

Self-Care
In order to be there for others we must first be there for ourselves.

We are not broken, wrong, or bad. We are divine beings overcoming a challenging human experience.
-

Respect
We honor ourselves, others, and the world around us in every thought, word, and action.
-

Ishvara Pranidhana (surrender to something greater)
A determination to realize a divine purpose greater than us.
